As a part of the Services provided on Elevn, you may have access to or be redirected to the services or websites/applications run by other companies or third parties. The privacy practices of such third parties are not in our control and are described in their own separate privacy policies. In view thereof, the information you give to any such third party will follow their privacy policies and not ours. Hence, we suggest you read their privacy policies when you access such third-party sites and services.

We may also collect information from external sources, such as when you sign in using third-party platforms like Google, Facebook, or Apple. These integrations allow us to enhance your experience on Elevn by completing your profile or enabling advanced functionalities. When you avail the services on Elevn, you may provide the below-mentioned information directly to us:

In order to create a profile on Elevn, you would be required to provide certain basic details to us which include: name, state of residence, gender, birthdate, religious orientation, height, profession, drinking and smoking habits, interests, preferences, etc.

We use the collected face data to ensure that the user is specifying correct age & gender. We also use the data to verify that the images uploaded by the user are not fake & include the current user, only.

  • Elevn don't share Face data with any third party, However, it is stored in our secure S3 cloud storage.
  • We stored Face data till the user remains active on the platform & gets deleted as soon as they delete their account.
Content and CommunicationWhen using the Elevn app, you may post and share certain photos, videos, and other types of content, such as your chats with other users, etc.
Financial DataWhen making any kind of transaction on Elevn, we will store the details of such purchase, date of transaction, amount paid, you bank account and credit/debit card details and other financial information (if payment is made through card), etc.
Promotional or Marketing ActivitiesYou may provide us with your personal information under other circumstances which may include instances when you participate in any online survey conducted by us, or any promotional, or marketing activities organized by us.
Customer SupportWhen you contact us, or you communicate with us for assistance, you provide us with information that may be necessary to help address your inquiry or grievance. This may include your name, phone number, and communication records, etc.

Usage DetailsThis includes insights into how you engage with the app’s features, such as mouse movements, mouse clicks, taps, swipes, your preferences, frequency of usage, login details, referring webpages, ads you interacted with and the like. We may collect also data related to your interaction with other users, such as searching, matching, communicating, etc.

In addition to the above, we may, if you give us permission, also collect certain other details from you. These include: your geolocation data, camera usage, microphone access, etc.

To enrich your experience, we may also collect information from third-party sources, for instance, in case you decide to create and log into your account via any social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Apple), or in case you upload data such as photos on Elevn through such platforms.

Elevn enables users to link their LinkedIn account to their Elevn profile to add trust.

  • Elevn only acquires LinkedIn profile details like Full name, LinkedIn Username, Email address, Country location and Profile picture.
  • Elevn shows only LinkedIn username in the app.
  • Users can disconnect their LinkedIn account anytime from the app after connecting LinkedIn account.
  • Elevn doesn't store any user's data of LinkedIn after disconnecting it.

5. How and why do we use your data?

We collect and process your information to provide you with and to enhance our Services, ensuring a personalized and secure experience for you. This includes connecting you with potential matches, tailoring your interactions, and maximizing the value of our platform. The data we collect from you is for a “lawful purpose” as required under law, that is, it is in relation to the Services we provide you, and its collection is a necessity for availment of such Services. All data collected from you is in compliance with applicable laws and your privacy choices on the Elevn app, and is for the below-mentioned purposes:

  1. To verify and process your requests for availing the Services, and to enable you to use the Elevn app;
  2. To assist other users or partners in facilitating connections, managing profiles, and communicating with you;
  3. To personalize your experience on the platform, including helping you discover profiles and features that align with your preferences and interests, and improve your interactions with other users;
  4. To enable you to make financial transactions on Elevn app;
  5. To analyze user activity, conduct research, and innovate new features or improvements for the Elevn app;
  6. To resolve issues, disputes, or technical problems you may encounter while using the Elevn app;
  7. To enforce our terms of use and ensure compliance with the same;
  8. To detect and prevent errors, fraudulent activity, or any misuse of the Elevn app;
  9. To support our internal operations, including fulfilling any legal and regulatory obligations;
  10. To send you promotional messages and advertisements that we believe may interest you, or that you have chosen to receive. By consenting and/or verifying your contact information, you agree to receive such communications (via call, SMS, email, or other digital means) from us, even if your contact details are on the DND/NCPR list under applicable regulations. You can opt-out at any time by following the instructions in the said communication or by reaching out to our support team;

6. How do we share your data?

With other Users: In order to facilitate your interactions and connections with other users, and for the purposes mentioned above, some of the data provided by you on the Elevn app would be visible to other users on the app. This may include details like your account and profile data, pictures uploaded on the app, etc.
  2. With Affiliates and Third Parties: We may also disclose your data to other service providers, vendors, and partners who help us in operating and providing the Services on the Elevn app. We may share your personal information with our affiliates or trusted third parties (including service providers, vendors, and partners who help us in operating and providing the Services on the Elevn app). Such affiliates or third parties will handle your data with the same care and security as we do. We will only provide them with the information necessary to complete any transactions or deliver Services that you have requested. Your personal details may also be shared with our affiliates when they are assisting in delivering services on our behalf or yours, such as advertising, promotional activities, and offering customer support.
